Russian stocks seen neutral amid no major drivers

MOSCOW, Jan 10 (PRIME) -- Russian stocks may open neutrally or slightly grow on Friday amid no major drivers and optimism on foreign floors, analysts said.

“The foreign background before the start of trading in Russia can be called neutral. The decline in oil is insignificant, Asian markets are showing mixed dynamics. In general, the trading regime without ideas can return to markets. However, the reporting period for the fourth quarter starts and it will occupy the main attention of investors for the next two to four weeks,” Otkritie Broker analyst Andrei Kochetkov said.

Alor Broker analyst Alexei Antonov expects that the Russian stock market will increase 0.3–0.4% at the opening amid growth of the U.S. stock index futures.
